SOP A1 — connect a new company number to capture

1. 1 Pre-flight
   Company number, SIM & phone issued WhatsApp Business app installed, updated, in active use ≥ 7 days Monitoring policy signed
2. 2 Run enrollment

   Open the enrollment page, log in with the Agriplast admin Facebook account, choose portfolio Agriplast Protected Cultivation (…6842) → Connect a WhatsApp Business app → employee's number. Employee taps Connect → Share all chats → Confirm. Keep the tab open until finished and open the sync link.

3. 3 Employee details

   From the enrollment finish screen — or Business Manager → WhatsApp accounts if the popup closed early.
4. 4 Connect & sync

   Subscribes capture to the number and pulls history + contacts (one-shot, within 24h of pairing).

   Add to roster

   Then have the employee send one WhatsApp message and check the dashboard — their liveness dot should turn active.
